Giuseppina Billera, JJPS COE Deployment Lead, is responsible for driving the deployment of the JJPS (Johnson & Johnson Production System) within the EMEA region, leading full-scale transformations on the sites. She is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring the Site Leadership & deployment teams in the JJPS methodology.
Giuseppina joined Johnson & Johnson in June 1988 she has held increasing responsibility positions in Quality Assurance , Production Pharma & Medical Device (Cypher Business Unit) and Business Excellence. In 2004 Giuseppina moved to the Process Excellence and was appointed to Process Excellence Site Leader.
Giuseppina together with Latina’s team realized significant improvements related to lean deployment strategy and Latina Site was recognized Integration plan since 2008. In 2013 Giuseppina joined to the JSC Global Business Excellence as a Solids Platform Lead to support the Lean, QE2 best practices deployment and improve the supply chain performance, this in close collaboration with all key stakeholders of the Platform LT, sites and JSC functions as Quality, Reliability, Planning.
Prior to Global Business Excellence she took the role of Supply Chain Director in an Italian pharmaceutical company specialized in Parenteral product.
Giuseppina holds a Master’s Degree in Biology from the University “Sapienza” of Rome and is certified Process Excellence Master BlackBelt.
